Lucien is from Australia and has been living in Switzerland since 2011, working his calling to help others remember their true nature and become the best version of themselves physically, mentally and spiritually.

With a desire to help others, Lucien's journey began with a career in the South Australia Police and part-time in the Australian Defence Force. His focus began with helping people with their physical health as a Personal Trainer and has since evolved into a holistic practice, integrating the mental and spiritual aspects into his work as he saw the need of balance in the lives of people he works with.

Lucien has had a love of nature since he was a child and seeks to share the wonderful benefits of a deep nature connection with others as a modality to connect with themselves and the natural world using techniques such as Forest Bathing.

Mindfulness Meditation is another core practice Lucien uses to connect with himself, others and nature: Using traditional static techniques, mindful walking meditation and occasionally calling on the assistance of various plant teachers to help reveal the hidden truths of ourselves and the universe.

Lucien is grateful and honoured to be able to work with Soulshine in Zürich and in Kinhausen (ZH) and help others on their journey.

We all know how good being in nature can make us feel. We have known it for centuries. The sounds of the forest, the scent of the trees, the sunlight playing through the leaves, the fresh, clean air — these things give us a sense of comfort.
​ They ease our stress and worry, help us to relax and to think more clearly.

Being in nature can restore our mood, give us back our energy and vitality, refresh and rejuvenate us.

But what exactly is this feeling that is so hard to put into words? 

It actually means bathing in the forest atmosphere, or taking in the forest through our senses.

This is not exercise, or hiking, or jogging. It is simply being in nature, connecting with it through our senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. Forest Bathing is like a bridge. By opening our senses, it bridges the gap between us and the natural world.
